Return Policy
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer store credit.
Here's how:
- You have 7 business days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
- Submit your return request via email to phanseelips@gmail.com with the following format. Email must include: Return Request - Order# in the Subject Line. Also, must include a current image of the item.
- Once the email has been submitted, please await our reply with approval before shipping the item back.
- Once item return has been approved. Ship the item and email us with your Order# and Tracking# confirming the item has been shipped.
- Once we have received the item, store credit info will be emailed.
